Enabling you to equip staff in both a Primary and Secondary setting to tackle homophobic, biphobic and transphobic (HBT) bullying.


The Train the Trainer course delivers Stonewall training to teachers. These courses are aimed at pastoral, anti-bullying and PSHE leads in schools, giving you the knowledge, tools and confidence to train colleagues on tackling homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying.

It also enables you to understand how to support lesbian, gay, bi and trans young people, as well as meeting the requirements of the new Ofsted inspection framework. As a participating schools you will automatically become members of Stonewall’s School Champions programme.

The courses are delivered by John Barker, an experienced and dedicated trainer, at Sir Christopher Hatton Academy, The Pyghtle, Wellingborough, Northants, NN8 4RP, the first school to achieve Stonewall’s “Gold Award”.

Time – 9:30am – 4:30 pm

Dates – 21st November 2017,  20th March 2018,  11th July 2018
