This programme is aimed at recently qualified teachers in Primary, Secondary and Special School settings. It is suitable for teachers in their 2nd, 3rd or 4th year of teaching. The programme aims to build on existing experience and develop the skills gained in the first years of teaching.

Its purpose is to further develop effective teaching and learning strategies and to aid participants in becoming consistently outstanding teachers. It also aims to support one’s development professionally beyond the classroom and to help you in ensuring young people’s well-being.

Course Sessions

The 7 – session programme consist of two joint sessions, and five repeated sessions in either Towcester or Northampton.

All sessions take place from 2:30pm to 4:30pm in either Towcester or Northampton.
