Join the Hatton Teaching School Alliance, alongside other Northamptonshire school leaders, as we host Lead LIVE: The quintessential event in reducing teacher workload.
School leaders from across Northamptonshire are invited to a unique morning of innovation, shining a spotlight on how we can maximise teaching and learning outcomes by reducing teacher workload. The Department for Education have now released their Teacher Workload Reduction policy paper. This report will help to remove unnecessary workload for teachers, helping them to concentrate on best practice and professional development. Our Lead LIVE event will spread critical awareness of the paper’s findings, including strategies for reducing marking, lesson planning, back office admin and more. You will also meet 10 of the UK’s most innovative education providers, sharing insider-tactics for the reduction of teacher workload. Join these sector experts as they discuss how schools throughout the region can tackle this prevalent issue. We are thrilled to be hosting the event in partnership with Innovate My School, the largest network of forward-thinking educators in the UK, who have helped to to bring this event to you free-of-charge. We look forward to welcoming Michael Forshaw and his team.
